Our Story

Since its founding in 1975, James F. Dunneback, P.C. has grown to serve clients across Northern Illinois and Northwest Indiana, primarily in the areas of general corporate matters, estate planning, trust and probate administration, and real estate transactions.

Clients who have benefited from our services include regional financial institutions, family-owned corporations, small business ventures and individuals. Our capabilities reach across a variety of business and individual legal needs; but we also recognize that sometimes our clients’ needs cannot be best served by our experience, and in those instances, we tap the resources of our extensive working network to find the solution that will produce results.

75 Years of Experience

Our attorneys combine for over 75 years in legal experience and use every bit of that experience in working toward successful conclusions in our clients' matters. To ensure that their legal knowledge keeps current with new developments in the field, they continue to actively pursue continuing legal education (CLE) opportunities to keep their skills current, and to identify new techniques and opportunities to better serve our clients. Given that experience, we also recognize that our clients are looking for cost-effective solutions to their legal issues, and we work with our clients to develop a pricing strategy and working agreement that maximizes the relationship. At James F. Dunneback, P.C., you can be assured that our only goal is to achieve a successful resolution to our clients' needs.
